The S77 steel industrial door.

Comes complete with all the following:

• 3 phase direct drive operator c/w anti-fall back device, low voltage and low level push button station.
• 77mm x 18mm steel interlocking insulated slat sections complete with pre-coatred enamel finish.
• Reinforced galvanised guide sections with double brush pile seals.
• Heavy duty base rubber seal eliminating draughts and debris from passing under the closed door.

Unlike conventional insulated steel shutters which comprise of two low grade roll formed sections with poorly fitted polystyrene in-fill, the S77 is a double skin profile with injected polyurethane centre core which totally fills the slat section.

The S77 section also has a short throw reinforced quirk section which interlocks each profile to form a continuous door curtain.

Heavy duty slat end-caps are used to ensure that the curtain always runs smooth and square in the guide section.

The S77 profile has a zinc protective coating applied before the enamel coated finish is applied. The zinc coating ensures that the cut ends of the steel slats will not show any signs of corrosion during standard operational cicumstances.

Parking Barriers

We can also supply and fit car parking barriers. They are available with either a round or rectangular boom made from heavy gauge steel. Up to a 4 metre size has an opening time of 5 secs. 4 to 6 metre has an opening time of 6 secs. They come supplied with a fork tip rest to support the barrier when lowered and are made to measure to meet your requirements.

Rising Bollards

Rising bollards are also available. Ideal for use in areas where pedestrian access is required but vehicle access needs to be restricted. They are remote control operated and up to four units can be controlled from one remote.

The more typical areas of use are:-

• Residential and commercial entrances.
• Control of pedestrianised areas / traffic limitation.
• Anti ram raid for shopping precincts.
• Traffic lane control.

They can be fully raised to 500mm in 6 seconds and are ram raid resistant due to the 260mm galvanised heavy gauge constuction.
